This MLK Day, Greater DC Cares has a special opportunity for federal government employees!
You can serve on MLK Day and All Year Long!
T.C. Williams
High School – Minnie Howard Campus
Join 200 volunteers in branding classrooms with beautiful
collegiate logo murals and color schemes.
This project not only enhances the beauty of facilities, but it also
gets students talking about and associating with universities.
And after the service
project, all participants will be invited to attend an orientation that will
inform them about ways to stay engaged in volunteering all year!
Volunteers at Minnie
Howard will:

Paint collegiate logos in all 50 homerooms throughout the school
to get students thinking about higher education.

Creating a Washington
DC inspired mural outside the
Guidance Suite
·
Painting AVID classroom with logos, collegiate murals, and Hall of
Fame for star pupils
